How to Prepare for Carpet Cleaning
Carpet Cleaning Pre-Visit
Our carpet cleaners will contact you to set up a convenient time for your carpet cleaning.
You remove any fragile or valuable items from the rooms to be cleaned.
We move all the furniture and other items when we arrive.
During the Carpet Cleaning Visit
Conduct a pre-inspection, noting any heavily soiled and stained areas or traffic patterns.
Discuss our process with you and answer any questions.
Remove furniture from the rooms (except very large items that cannot be moved).
Pre-treat spots and stains.
Rinse the entire area with clean hot water.
Post-treat any residual carpet stains.
Apply carpet cleaner, deodorizer or protector, and groom the areas to facilitate efficient carpet drying.
Return your furniture to the original location.
Place pads under furniture legs to protect the carpet while it dries.
Once carpet cleaning is complete, we will complete a final inspection with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Carpet Cleaning Post-Visit
Our powerful vacuums remove almost all moisture immediately, but your carpet or upholstery may still be damp to the touch.
Use fans or turn on your air conditioner to help accelerate carpet drying time.
Leave the protective pads under furniture legs in place until the carpet is completely dry.
You may walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning but beware that street shoes may re-soil your carpet.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the work performed we will rectify the situation – 100% guaranteed.
